About Me
Welcome to my provider page! I am originally from Portland, Oregon. My motivation for pursuing a career in mental health stemmed from my own personal challenges. I am committed to supporting individuals who may experience similar feelings, demonstrating that improvement is not only possible but attainable. It is my goal to ensure that no one ever has to question their self-worth.
Education and Experience

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C): I have a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University (Go beavs!). I obtained my Masters in Nursing from Walden University. I enjoy working with ages across the lifespan starting at age 8.
Specialties
I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and neurodivergent disorders as well as anything that may fall in between.
My Philosophy
My focus is providing holistic care to the individual. By integrating medication management and therapy services, I provide balanced and effective treatment strategies to improve overall mental health and functioning. I want my clients to know that I am here for YOU.
I feel like I have found someone that is going to help me. It’s not easy to find. I am referring my daughter as well.
